Vibrational Spectroscopy

If one can extract all of the vibrational information corresponds a molecule, its molecular structure can then be determined. In the field of spectroscopy, two main techniques are applied in order to detect molecular vibrational motions: Infrared spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy.
