Hybrid Orbitals

    This module is very concise and detailed. The pictures show the reader all the different hybridzations and where they occur on a molecule. The diagrams show the reader how orbitals work with a specific hybridzation.

    The module needs a bit of work on the introduction. It can explain why hybridzation is used in chemistry. I would include how hybridzation is used to identify a specific element in the periodic table.

    Great illustrations and explanation.


    Maybe you should include how it contributes to bond angle characteristics.


    Also explain the purpose of hybrid orbitals.
